BreastScreen WA recently held a display on the RPH Bridge to raise awareness about the importance of having regular breast screening.

We caught up with Dr Liz Wylie and asked her why it is important to get checked.

“Breast Cancer is the most common life-threatening cancer in Australian women. One in eight women will develop breast cancer in their life time.

“I want to encourage all women to undergo screening, as early detection will reduce breast cancer mortality.”

To book your free screening mammogram visit the BreastScreen WA website or phone 13 20 50.
